It's really amazing what you can achieve with your own inner strength once someone shows you how to access it. My Holistic Life Coaching methods address my clients' Entire Being. From spiritual and nutritional counseling to intuitive assessment and Energy Work, my goal is to restore the free flow of energy in your body and your life. This process allows you to experience Wholeness in every aspect of your Being.
My work has helped clients and friends to improve many areas of their lives including career, organization, nutrition, weight management, dating, self-image, and peace of mind. I am supremely grateful to Spirit for the gifts entrusted to me. With empathy, intuition and the courage of the beautiful beings who find me, I help my clients to re-establish wholeness after: change, loss, addiction, abuse, recurring patterns of defeat, confusion and disorganization. I recognize the power and the beauty in each of them and I teach them how to access it.
I worked in the corporate world for most of my life. I was a Licensed Securities Representative in New York and a Real Estate Salesperson in California where I now reside. In those positions, I educated and counseled my clients and maintained integrity with them. While I enjoyed working in the finance and real estate industries, I wanted to help people on a more personal and profound level.
When the real estate markets slowed in 2007, I began volunteering with local organizations that focus on getting people back on track in their lives. Through volunteering, I began to realize the great need for my Energy Work and Life Coaching services in my own community in Los Angeles.
